One of my specialties is personal coaching. This differs
from therapy in that coaching is not about processing your emotional history or
diagnosing and treating mental health issues. Rather, coaching is
action-oriented with a focus on your current life and goals for the
future.
As a coach I provide individual
support in person or by phone to help you define your goals, stay on track, and
attain your objectives. Coaching is an empowering, collaborative process. I am
your partner as we work together to gain knowledge, develop strategies, and
implement actions. My value as a coach also comes from your accountability to
me, as I encourage you in the direction of your dreams.
Coaching can help with
issues such as procrastination, public speaking, time-management,
organization, life balance, academic or business success, and any type of
goal-setting.
